Orders at our company are processed as ready-made 3D printed products, therefore returns and refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

However, we do accept exchanges according to our Exchange Policy if you receive a defective or damaged product.

If you need help before placing your order, our team is always happy to assist with product details, material information, or any questions about the items.

For any defect or missing product concern, a complete unboxing video (compulsory) is required as proof and must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide you with the best possible resolution as per our policy.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us on Instagram (@layrs.in) with your Order ID and details of the issue. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps for the exchange process.

Processing Timeline
The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified by our team. The overall exchange process usually takes 7–12 days, unless otherwise communicated.
